HEALTH MATTERS

How to blast your tummy fats in 5 weeks!

Here is a little information on how to blast away your stomach fat in a few weeks...

The most common kind of craving that most people have is for "junk foods" that are sweet, salty or crunchy.

Does that sound like you?

If so here is what you need to understand and what you need to do to get rid of them.

When you cut down on your diet such as starchy foods, bread and sugar - your body is going to go through a craving period. Some studies we have read have even suggested that sugar cravings can be intense as a drug addiction!

That is incredible when you think about it.

Here is a two (2) part plan for getting rid of your junk food cravings...

First you need to cut down on these diets.

The biggest culprits by far are sugar, bread, pasta and cereal.  If you cut those out right away, you will probably lose 5kg in the next 10 days or so.

Now once you cut down on those foods, you might have some cravings and you will REALLY want to go back to eating those junk foods.

Instead what you need to do is focus on eating two (2) different things....

ü  Lots of healthy fats
ü  Fruits that satisfy your sugar craving

Now there is a popular MYTH in the mainstream media that says you should stay away from fat, and always eat low fat...

Let us tell you, this is all B.S.

Eating fat does not make you fat.... You need to understand that!

What make you fat are processed foods, and processed carbohydrates (mostly the foods we just talked about before)

When it comes to eating healthy fats, you should focus on things like raw nuts, such as cashew, walnuts etc...

And also other high fat foods like avocado and olive oil.

When we say eat these, we do not mean go all out and eat as much as you would like.  A handful of cashew nuts is a good idea and a few slices of avocado are a great way to cure cravings.

Now when it comes to craving sweets, one of the easy ways to cure this is with fruits.

Two favorite foods for this would be apples, oranges and pineapple.  They all have a bit of sugar in them (natural sugars, not added sugar) and the sweetness and juiciness of the fruits will immediately get rid of any cravings you have.

Try these "tricks" out for the next week and see how they help you to get rid of your cravings.
